Accounts Preparation and Reporting

All businesses are obliged to prepare annual accounts for the purposes of determining the tax liability payable to Revenue and limited companies are required to file annual statutory accounts with the Companies Office. We can prepare these annual accounts for you in the prescribed formats.

More regular preparation of accounts is highly recommended as a vital management tool in any business. The appropriate accounting frequency depends on a number of factors such as the size, nature, seasonality, sector and stakeholders in your business. We can prepare management accounts on a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis, as appropriate to your business.
